As someone who traveled to the Beach with his family for Memorial Day weekend, I would like to urge everyone to be extra cautious while driving the roads these summer months. Not only may your life depend on it, but more and more drivers are driving without car insurance which could leave you relying on your own Uninsured motorist coverage to compensate you for your injuries.
This is a good time to make sure that you have adequate uninsured motorist coverage, and that you understand it. Contact your insurance agent and ask them to explain uninsured motorist coverage and then you can decide if you need additional coverage.
