I was trying a case recently in Gadsden Alabama and needed to find someone/anyone who had been transferred from Riverview Regional Hospital to UAB. The object of the exercise was to determine how long it took in an emergency. I only know a couple of people in Gadsden but my high tech daughter determined that there are 500 people from Gadsden on Facebook. I sent them all an email and got about 10 responses within the first 24 hours.
